between jade, and jadeite?
A: Serpentine, Aventurine are jade-like
stones. I'd call them semi-precious stones, not of gem quality. Nephrite is different.
Good nephrite carving is a piece of art. As for jewelry, of course jadeite is the most
desirable and most valuable, for its rich color and shine.

Q: Is it safe for paying with
credit cards online?
A: Yes, the credit card online payment
method is provided by WorldPay
(Credit cards service company), and you will enter your information in the
secured page. Your credit cards are not charged by our company, but
WorldPay.
So we would NOT get your personal information, but certainly, we do know your name, and
the address that the product should be shipped to.

A: Your information of member in our
newsletter will be protected, and your personal information such as credit card will be
secured by WorldPay, and as the
promised your information will not be sold, or with other use.

Q:
Can I save the shipping cost, if I am buying more than ONE product from your store?
A: Yes! You just need to pay $4 for shipping
cost of all items. But some item's shipping cost are higher than $4.00, you need to pay
the extra.
For Example: If you buy 2 items and their shipping cost is $10.00 for each, after combine
shipping cost, the shipping cost will be $16.00.

A: You may want to try the refresh button on
your browser. Our shopping cart are using cookie to remember what you are purchasing. If
it keeps happened on your browser, you can
email us
with items numbers you want to purchase, and we will set up a linked address to let you
pay them all without click on each item.

Q: Why the
"Holding" sign on the product? Can I buy that item?
A:
Some
customers may want to holding items to be check out later to combine the shipping cost. We
need to hold the item until the payment is arrived. Usually, holding items can't be sold
to another customers. However some customers may forget send us payment, and we will
release the items, and let the items can be sold again.

Q: Can I order more than one
piece on the same item?
A: No, because all of our items are
handiwork, also all of our jade is in natural color, so each item is different even the
color or the carving. So, please don't order the same item number more than one.

Q: Can I have a
better price, if I am going to buy a lot from you?
A:
Certainly, we
are the wholesaler! You can send us an Email with items numbers.
We will reply you as soon as we can.

your shipping methods?

We provide 3 shipping methods for the shipment:
- Regular air-mail: Shipped by Air-mail
without any signature to receive the package. The item can't be refund, when it is lost
on the delivery. Because nobody can check the shipment state without register. It
takes 7-14 days to be received the package.
- Registered air-mail *****Highly
Recommend***** : Shipped by Air-mail with signature to receive the package. Additional
$2.00. The package can have 100% refund, if it is lost on the delivery. It takes 7-14
days to be received the package.
- EMS Speed Post: Shipped by Speed-Post EMS
Express, and the package can be received in 3-7 days. Additional $16.00. 100%
refund, if the package is lost. (This amount is for US customer only,
please
email us to check the EMS Speed post shipping cost to your country).

Q: Can I
pay by Paypal?
A: We do accept paypal payment now. Please
email us the item number(s) you like then we will reply the total costing to you included
the money request from paypal.

Can I pay by money order / postal money order / cashier check / personal check?
A:
We
am sorry about we do not accept those payment. We love to do. But we cannot. Because we
live in Hong Kong and our banks will charge for a high transaction fee to cash those
payment. Also the postal money order cannot be cash anywhere in Hong Kong but US postal
only.
But we do accept paypal payment now. Please email us the item number(s) you like then
we will reply the total costing to you included the money request from paypal.

Q: Can I
pay you by cash?
A: We are highly recommend you to pay by
credit card or paypal because they are much securer than cash payment. But if you really
want to pay by cash. Please
email us
the item number you like to let us reply our address and the total amount of all the items you won included
shipping cost. But please note that, please
send the cash payment to us by registered air-mail.

Q: How long can I get my order
after I paid you?
A: We will send the order to you within 3
working days after we get your payment. And we provide 3 shipping methods for the
shipment:

Can I cancel the order?
A:
Before we reply
you, you can send us an Email to cancel the order. But after we
have replied you, you cannot cancel the order, or need to pay the handling charge.

Q: Can I
have the refund, if I do not want it anymore, after I get it?
A: Within 21 days, count on between the first latter that we replied to you, and the
product returned, you can mailed it back to us, and get the refund in 80% of the original
price. After 21 days, we will give you back 70% of the product's original price. After
FIVE weeks, we won't accept the refund. Note: The handling & shipping charge will not
be refunded, and you need to pay the returning shipping cost.
